Requesting new Chart1 members to plan in CalPlan and HCP
To have Chart1s added to CalPlan/HCP for planning, submit a Help Desk ticket by the Cut-Off: Review and Approve All Online Financial Journals and Temporary Budget Journals date listed on the Monthly Close Schedule.
They will be added on the Final Month-End Actuals Data in CalPlanning Planning Application date on the schedule.
