CalPlanning Community,
The CalPlanning tools (CalPlan, HCP, CalRptg, HCPRptg, SmartView) are available.
Please review the May release notes for details about this update, including:
- FY2021-22 Forecast Working version has March Actuals
- Central Transfer accounts have been updated
- Annual removal of DeptIDs for planning has been completed
- There is updated UCPath HCM data for planners to review and selectively copy to HCP
In January, the FY23 Operating Budget was loaded with compensation increases of 3% for continuing employees. Since then, compensation increases that vary in percentage and timing by union code have been approved; review the May 2022 Release Notes for details. These have not been loaded to the Operating Budget.
If you have employees scheduled to receive pay increases greater than 3% (ladder rank faculty and non-represented staff) or pay increases starting later than July (service, technical patient care), we recommend that you use the Review HCM Data to Add to Plan task to automatically load the negotiated rates to your plan.
To help make the CalPlan and HCP forms perform more quickly for you, we suggest that you set your preferences as:
- CalPlan MyOrg preference to an L4 org or below
- HCP MyOrg preference to an L6 or L7 org
This will bring back fewer intersections to display in your form and improve performance for everyone.
CalPlanning system maintenance on Sunday, May 15
