Actuals data is copied from UCPath Human Capital Management in time for the annual budget planning process. Salaries for existing employees are increased (if approved) for the following year’s Operating Budget. Planner choose which data to copy into the plan. Manage Existing Employees Distributions Enter zero for each month in which the employee will not be working in your organization. It is OK to leave the monthly pay rate for the employee because the zero in the distribution will result in zero salary expense.
