The HCP001 Employee Salary by Fund and Job Code report defaults to reporting on Salaries & Wages.
If you want to report on Total Compensation, you can change the Account in the Respond to Prompts dialog box to Total Compensation.
1. Select the HCP001 Employee Salary by Fund and Job Code report and complete the POV.
2. In the Respond to Prompts window, click the Member Selection button to open the Account tree.
3. Check the box for Total_Compensation.
4. Click the right-arrow in the middle of the window to move Total_Compensation to the selected pane on the right.
5. Check the box for Salaries_and_Wages on the right.
6. Click the left arrow in the middle of the window to move Salaries_and_Wages out of the selected pane.
7. Select OK to save your selection.
8. Total Compensation is now in the selection box. Select OK to generate the report.
