UPDATE: Citrix not required (was: Access CalPlanning through Citrix only)

November 15 Update: After successful CalPlanning system maintenance today, Citrix is no longer required to access CalPlanning. The text below is no longer applicable.

CalPlanning Community,

The CalPlanning system will be temporarily restricted to access through Citrix only starting on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:00 AM due to security maintenance. Citrix enables secure, remote access to the full suite of CalPlanning tools including CalPlan, HCP, CalRptg, HCPRptg, and Smart View. 

How do I access Citrix?

  1. Verify that the Citrix Receiver is installed or install the Citrix Receiver:

    1. Citrix offers Windows, Mac, and Mobile app downloads directly from their website

    2. Instructions on installing Citrix on a Windows computer. 

    3. If you need help installing Citrix, contact your BRS team

  2. Go to https://citrix.berkeley.edu.

  3. Log-in with your CalNet ID and passphrase.

  4. The first time you access Citrix, you may be asked to allow the plug-in or add-on to run. Click Allow or Always Run.

  5. Click once on the application to start it.
