In this exercise, you will create a To Be Hired Employee so you can plan compensation expenses for an open position.
Exercise
1. On the Manage Existing Employees and Job Codes task, go to the Monthly Pay Rate tab. Make note of the Job Code for the open position.
2. Right-click on the DeptID where you want to create the To Be Hired Employee and select Manage TBH \ Add TBH
3. Select OK on the Launch Confirmation Message dialog box
4. Complete the Add TBH dialog box and select Launch
5. Right-click on the newly added To Be Hired employee and select Add TBH Distributions
6. Input the required fields and select Launch
