Citrix Users
If you are using Citrix, go to: https://citrix.berkeley.edu/vpn/index.html and log in.
If you do not see the CalPlanning-Training button on the desktop, click the Apps button in the top-center. Click on All. Select CalPlanning-Training. You can click on the star in the CalPlanning-Training button to add it to your Favorites.
Select the CalPlanning-Training button on the desktop.
Then go to step 3 of the exercise.
Exercise
1. You can use Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported; do not attempt to use this browser.
2. Go to https://calpln-rptportal-training.berkeley.edu/workspace/index.jsp to launch Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System in the Training environment. If you are a first time user, you may need to allow pop-up windows in your browser for CalPlanning.
3. In the User Name text box, enter your User Name and Password (CalNet ID and Passphrase)
4. From the menu, select Navigate \ Applications \ Planning \ HCP
5. Expand My Task List on the left panel as shown here
