In this exercise, you will use the Drill Through - Account Details Form to review data for a specific account in the Department and to update data for the Operating Plan using the data spreading functionality.
Exercise
1. Open the Drill Through – Account Details form
2. Right-click on the account 550XX – General Supplies – Plan and select Acct Details by POV
3. Click the triangle next to YearTotal to expand the Operating Budget
4. Click the triangle to expand Q4
5. In one row (any row is fine), enter 100, 200 and 300 in Apr, May, and Jun
6. Click the Save icon and then click OK to acknowledge the saved data
7. In this form, you can enter data in a summary member of the period dimension (quarter or YearTotal) and CalPlan will spread it for you. Replace the 600 in Q4 with 1200 and click the Save button
8. Click the Drill Through – Account Details hyperlink breadcrumb to return to the summary level form
