The Office of the CFO is now offering four of the CalPlanning tool training courses on a quarterly basis for our newest members to the Finance Community. Ongoing training sessions are now open for enrollment in the UC Learning Center for both our CalPlanning Reporting and Planner roles:

Attend the classes in the order listed above, as the curriculum builds from class to class and each class is a prerequisite for the next in the sequence. Access to CalPlanning is required for hands on tool training sessions, including CalPlanning Reporting and the two Smart View classes. Check out the CalPlanning Getting Started page for more details on requesting CalPlanning access.
