CalPlan and HCP Training Classes for New Hires Now Enrolling!

These classes are designed for our newest finance professionals (hired after February 2016) who have the Planner role in CalPlanning AND have attended the two prerequisite classes - Intro to CalPlanning and CalPlanning Reporting.

In these three hour hands-on computer based trainings our new  Planners will learn how to navigate CalPlan to revise their FY17 Forecast and create their FY18 Operating Budget for Revenues, Transfers, and Non-Compensation Expenses at the DeptID Level. In HCP they will practice reviewing the HCP001 report to see their roster of employees and their compensation plans updated from the January 30, 2017 HCP refresh, then make any material adjustment to their compensation plans at the employee and pooled position level.
